Dirty Pretty Things are an English four piece formed in 2005 and fronted by Carl Barât, a former founding member of The Libertines along with Pete Doherty. The other founding members of the band Didz Hammond, (Cooper Temple Clause), Gary Powell and guitarist Anthony Rossomando.
The band's debut album, Waterloo to Anywhere was a massive success, reaching number three on the music charts and receiving mass critical acclaim. On top of this, the album spawned the hits "Bang Bang, You're Dead", and "Deadwood".
